I had no idea Tearsheet started with the acquisition of Tradestreaming. How did the acquisition play out? Did the content team come over as the foundation for the Tearsheet editorial dept?
This might need an entire post. TS was one guy. The complicating aspect was Zack lived in Jerusalem, so we decided to build the editorial group there. That made figuring out the edit vision hard. Might have been easier with the experience of remote now. We ended up trying again with a NYC- based edit team of two.
