I love the themes that you tackled in this post Brian: getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, overthinking, and rethinking as part of growth, whether it be personal or professional. These are themes I've lived by for the past 15 years of my life. To that end, would like to recommend a book I'm currently reading, "Think Again" by Adam Grant. It really underlines the idea of rethinking what you think you know, and adopting a "mental flexibility" in order to continue to not jut survive, but thrive in a world that as the past year has shown us, is constantly changing and presenting us with new challenges. Solid post though man.
