Do you believe that smaller more solo company based conferences and larger hybrid are viable options in 2021?
Seems like many businesses in the space are concentrating on large in-person events only, I know this is where many see the revenue but there is a lot of opportunities many aren't capitalising on.
Likewise, the unconference and the invite-only red rope conference can be super safe and controlled with testing.

Our company has adopted the hybrid model and so far I’ve been into London just once. What bugged me though was that our CEO mentioned how he missed those chance conversations and that a business can’t really thrive without them. My immediate manager and most of our colleagues see it very differently.
